We want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and factory-sealed contact lens packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on lenses that have been opened or handled.

Ensure your contact lens boxes are unopened, undamaged, and still within the original factory seal to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Submit a Request
Contact our beauty support team via email with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in a sturdy box with the original packing slip to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
